Wanted: Dynamic Entry:Level Sales Agents For The Inside Sales Team Of A Fast:Paced High:Growth Pharmaceutical Company In Glendale, CA. A fast:growing Pharmaceutical Company is searching for sales persons to help market its Products throughout the United States. These individuals will be responsible for developing new relationships with various medical institutions, particularly Pharmacies. In addition to a Base Salary, a very lucrative Commission Bonus structure will be in place. We are looking for aggressive and focused Out:of:the:Box Thinkers and Team Players who are not concerned about hours, but who are driven to succeed. We will, however, provide world:class training to the right persons who will join us. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver prepared sales talks by reading from scripts that describe products and services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase the Company's products.Customize sales techniques to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.Answer telephone calls from potential and existing customers.Maintain records of contacts, accounts and orders.Establish accounts by checking customers buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.Attain department and organization goals by accepting ownership for introducing new and innovative ideas, while exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Compensation and Benefits: 30K Base Salary, plus Competitive SALES COMMISSION.Full Time Position : Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5pmpetitive Benefit Package which includes Medical, Vacation and 401k.Plus, valuable opportunities to continue to grow with the Company.
